Yeah, you got to farm the few Sensali in the mountain in Sunqua. There aren't too many, but the scalps drop fairly ok.

Think people should be aware of scams this week. Also I killed all birds up there and got exactly 3 each run so was short farm.

Best place I find to farm them is Reed Bog.
They spawn randomly, walk off the trails and they spawn much easier. |

Also the start of the Wilds Mission has many Mossy Scarabs.
