I entered EOTN to find someone gloating abou his armor to another player. They said Your armor sucks, mine is better.
Me: Actually sorry to interupt but most armor is the same, if anything their proffesion would have more.
them: But mine is elite luxon so suck it
Me: Prestige armor is the same
them: No it shows im a better player n00b
Me: It really doesnt show player skill level...but if you insist please check my HoM.

They go quiet..probably realise i have almost every armor set on one character was just sticking up for someone

Another person complaining about imaginary touchers!
this time in FA

person on other team: "What idiot toucher brings a pet?"
me: "Probably someone who isn't touching..."
person on other team: "You're R/N, of course you're touching"
person on my team: "you're so right...look at him using apply poison and then shoot arrows at you. He's clearly a toucher."
person on other team: "wow, he must really suck at it if he's got apply poison"
me + teammate: "lol"

In Alliance Battles -

Every single person that yells out JUST CAP JUST CAP!

You can't teach them strategy. For some reason they think that doing the same thing (mainly running around in a circle) will somehow make them win. Score on the other side just keeps going up and up and up but running in a big circle is going to win somehow.

In all fairness though, you can shout that almost any time in AB and have at least one ally that is doing something stupid like attacking a ball or just getting in fights they can't win when it would be better for them to just cap (even if it would be even better for them to engage in a different strategy).

It's easier to tell someone "just cap" than explain to them how to improve their judgement, or to decide for them exactly what they should do. The person saying just cap might be doing it because it's hard to teach strategy.

TOO true, I am talking about the ones that don't want to learn the strategy for the different maps though. The ones that say the only strategy that works is running around in a circle.

some unfortunate soul in the world of GW firmly believes he needs to do PvE, in order to do PvP...........

Blue: The person who believes to play PvE, he can access PvP

Red: The person who tries to convince Blue.

White: Ignore these.

Note the last thing he said: "I'll suck if I do". That's probably true. PvE isn't a great preparation for PvP, but at least you'll learn the different skill types and some basics of how your class works, enough to not be horrible in RA (hopefully). Jumping into PvP with no PvE experience is probably a terrible idea.

its not "I'll suck if I do", i purposely also erased a word he mentioned within that sentence. The word I mention relates to a certain male body part that helps a female reproduce ~_~

True in a sense, but doing PvE is a bad way in deducting the behavior of monsters and humans in PvE vs PvP. Better off learning straight off the bat.

It's this attitude that kills PvP. If you can't start off in RA, be horrible, and learn there, the you may as well remove PvP from the game. People who rage at noobs in RA are the funniest

Literally having this discussion at this very moment:

Him: "You can't sell destroyer weapons, they are all customized."
Me: "No they're not."

Not gonna put all the crap that's been said on here again but I ended with:

Me: "This one is going straight to guru's "Name one of the stupidest things you've heard."

And now he's telling me to f*ck off..

Ah, the joy of retard PUGs...

Lol, juxtaposition.

Oh, and if you don't get it, here's a hint: read the HA guild's name backwards.

There's a difference between "be horrible" and "not know the first thing about your class". If you're a ranger and you don't know what a preparation does, you don't belong in any kind of PvP. That's just not the place to learn that. You'll only have a few seconds to live in any given match before getting killed; PvE lets you take as much time as you need to learn basic systems. Oh, and it's way faster to unlock skills and upgrades in PvE...all in all, I wouldn't recommend for anyone to start out in PvP. The tutorial in PvE isn't that great, but it's basically nonexistent in PvP.

Oh dear, I suppose it's the same for Oppressor & Tormented weapons? All those idiots buying/adding them for/to their HoM, fools!

Seriously though, maybe they were stupid enough to buy a Destroyer weapon that had been added to anothers HoM? Some people in GW's think they can change Gatorade into Red Bull and then walk on it! So making a mistake, no way, not them, everyone else is wrong!
