When you turn the pc off and take off the case, you should see something like this...
Assuming that the graphics card in question is AGP (it will tell you on the box), then simply slot it into the part near the middle labelled "AGP slot". Obviously, you're going to have to take out the existing card first if there is one.
If there is a plastic slider to function as a catch on the slot, you will need to unsecure that before removing a card, and secure it after inserting a card.
Note: If your graphics card has a molex connector on it...
...as displayed above, then you will need to connect that to an appropriate lead running from the power supply (the big box usually in the top of the PC case.)
Once that's done then all you need to do is put the case back on, start up Windows, and then run the driver setup from the CD.
