What if your GW headset is defective
The mic in my GW CE headset is no good. Anyone know how they are handling defectives?

An update,
8 days on, they (NC Interactive Support) are insisting I return my entire GW Collector's edition to have the headset replaced. How Efficient. Best Buys here I come.
