Crash with odd colored shapes

This applies to all games, not just Guild Wars, but I didn't know where else I could post. If this post is better suited elsewhere maybe you guys can refer me to someone else.

Problem: Whenever I run any game, it freezes on the main screen. Along with this, a bunch of multi-colored shapes pop up on screen. What's odd is, the games are all fixed after I restart the computer, but they revert back to not working when I try to start them up later.

Attached is a screen of what I'm talking about as well as important parts of my DxDiag. Ignore the duplication at the top of the screenshot, however. I'm not quite sure why that happened because that's not what I see on my screen.
