I'm running Guild Wars on minimal settings (resolution 800x600, etc).

When it occurs? When the game rams in certain places.

I'm having exactly the same problem; after a few minutes, sometimes 15-20, basically the video card "shuts" herself off. The monitor goes black and starts searching for signal for a while, then goes into stand-by and the only way is to manually reset the machine.

I'm running on this configuration:

Gigabyte 7N400 PRO 2 NFORCE2ULTRA
Athlon XP Barton 3000+
512 Mb DDR2 PC3200
Radeon 9500 Pro 128 Mb

I have Catalyst 5.4 and Directx 9.0c installed.

Thought that the problem could be refresh-related; on desktop I use [email protected], and tried to set the same refresh rate in the game but didn't work.

Please help me :<

Login server? Weird...

I have a feeling when it crashes in full screen, it actually does pop up that window, but somehow stalls your monitor in a limbo.

I dont see how the login server is affecting your monitor.

Is the game CD bought or downloaded?
The CD doesn't have any damage on it?

Try to redownload the game and see if it works.

If all else fails, try to get that file (second error line) and replace your old one with it then try.

yep just bought the game yesterday..play it for about 1-2 minutes and the same thing happens to me..screen goes black and says no signal and i cant turn it back on unless i restart computer..and its not the screen itself..ive tried 2 different lcd screens in 2 totally different sockets..wow this sucks..
