For almost the same price you can get the Sapphire Radeon 9600XT, a far superior card to the GeforceFX 5200.

Crap, didn't notice that you needed a PCI card. *Smacks self in forehead.*
Addition: I just did a short browse and found that PNY do a PCI GeforceFX 5500 for $99.
I'm Not sure if this is cut down to 64bit memory interface though, so you might be better off with the 5200.

i looked at the detailed specs and it says 64 bit
the other he mentioned first is better
twice the memory and a 128 bit interface
it should do a very good job on GW

Silver,
If you are willing to spend close to that $150 max, you can get the best PCI video card available:
http://www.amamax.com/gefx5712ddr1.html
That is the 256mb 128-bit Geforce FX 5700le. I terms of performance and features supported, that is the best PCI video card on the market right now, period.

Yeah one year warranties are pretty much the norm for second-tier manufacturers. The good news is for a mostly solid state device like a video card (fan is the only mechanical part) you will probably see the classical bathtub curve MTBF. In other words, if it works okay for the first few months, it will probably continue to work for a reasonably long time.

i have a pci gfx5700le and it tends to run the game fairly well. i have a p3 933 with 512mb ram and can get up to 40something fps outside of towns. fps drops significantly in town, but still very playable.
