I'm only an ass when someone is an ass to me. It's a reactionary thing. You get what you give.

Then don't expect much support from us volunteer techies who are trying to help A BIG ASS from being an EVEN BIGGER ASS by trying to be polite to him.
Go sort your own PC out then.

Temken, I suggest you submit a support ticket to GW, because you'll not get any more suggestions from this forum. We don't get paid to put up with the likes of you.

If you think that post was me being an ass, then you're obviously reading it wrong. Some people are too quick to jump the gun in online forums. But that's the chip on your shoulder, not mine. It's no wonder that 95% of tech support is centered in India now. Native english speaking techies are too busy being asses to the paying customers they're supposed to be helping. With Indian tech support, they're having a hard enough time trying to speak proper english to bother being rude to their customers. You know, there are schools, or maybe even psychiatrists, that can fix that. Maybe if you invested cash in one or the other, you wouldn't lose custiomers due to bad support, or rather the bad attitudes of the support.

Firstly, tech support is being massively out-sourced to India because the labour is vastly cheaper, it's nothing to do with the quality of service.
Secondly, we are not tech support. We are not here to be nice to you, we are not being paid to do this, we do this because it helps people.
Please, get your facts straight.

aside from the fact that India is the worst place in the world....and it's ok to pay tech support 15 cents and a loaf of bread a week for labor....
are you dropping your connection or is your system coming to a hault? if you haven't changed your drivers since the update I would question it being a driver issue. Check your memory usage and CPU levels while in game. you can do this by ctrl+alt+dlt and checking what processes you have running. 'System Idle Process' should be running in the upper 90%(94-99%) if your system is table...under full load it might drop under 90...but not much further. Also get a memory tool to tell you how much memory you are using. It sounds more like you've downloaded a 'leach' than Guild Wars not working for your card.

I haven't laughed so much in all my life. Does this guy actually even read what we write.
I totally agree with Principa Discordia, we have nothing to do with tech support in India, We don't get paid by ANet to help you guys out, we are in no way even so much related to ANet or NCSoft other than we play GW and to be honest, I couldn't give a fig about guys like you who who attack us for trying to help you out FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE IN OUR OWN SPARE TIME.
This is a gaming community Forum you ass, I can't even possibly understand why you think it has anything to do with people being paid and related to Indian Tech support what so ever.
DOH.
