Graphics Bugging but fixed w/ "Enable Post-Process Effects"
I'm not entirely sure what causes this bug, so as a preface...
AMD64 3200+
GeForce 5500 Factory OC'ed 256Mb
WindowsXP
No background programs other than ventrilo and WMP.
Now, there are 2 different bugs, 1 to do with GW, and 1...awkwardly to do with GW and WMP.
1st bug. RARELY, if I minimize GW, and then re-maximize it, certain layers of graphics will...I don't know how to call it, flicker, rapidly, like 60fps flickering. Like, polygonal chunks of my interface (especially the worldmap) will be flickering on and off really fast, and for some reason my fps will jump to like 2x too. I tried playing with my "Refresh Rate" settings since I thought that was the problem, and NONE of the settings fixed it. Usually, the only way to remedy this problem for me was to reboot the computer, OR click on "Enable Post-Process Effects", which as you know gives the entire screen a slight hazy glow. This nullifies the weird interface problems. This problem involved the GUI, and chunks of my character, but certain things like parts of the terrain, and the top part of my guildcape were exempt from the glitching.
2nd bug. RARELY, again, if my WMP, windows media player, is up and running, and not minimized, and I have guildwars on top of it fullscreened, my interface will bug, but in an entirely different way. Certain things, specifically, the transparent parts of the GUI, will suddenly go prismatic, multicolored, or entirely transparent altogether, and other little things will do the same random pixels of color thing, like the slider buttons for game volume and graphics settings. This problem's remedied by minimizing WMP before maximizing GW.
Any ideas? Any way to report this to ANet?

Have you tried playing GW in a window while WMP is open and maximised?
I know when my mouse reports that my batteries are low on power a pop up appears that causes my pointer to display as it would a windows pointer and no GW pointer.
Can't remember if this happens when in window mode though.
