I did it, i send my tiket. They were realy nice, the seems to be worry about it, but the problem still here.
I think that the problem is because some last update error. I'm Piken and i can't get out.
When i try to get out, the game kick me with the Err=7. It is not an ISP fail. It is a game error. So many people have the same problem. I see it in every where.
I realy want to play this weekend too.

Yes, we can't to make anything. I just can hunt in La Brecha and return to Plaza Pike. It is the only thing that i can do. Other citys or escenarys are unable, because the game kick me with Err=7 Msg.
I'm waiting for a solution answer, but since yesterday they don't say anything.

ANyone here actually tried a full uninstall and reg clean of Guild Wars, and then reinstalled the game??
If so, did you make sure all Guild Wars files were deleted before the reinstall. THere are several files located in the WIndows/Prefetch area in XP that are called GWxxxxxxxx.
Try deleting these files and the GW.tmp file located in the Guild wars directory. It may not solve your problem as mine runs perfectly ok, but it's worth a shot. This has solved a problem for someone else, who was having major lockups.
Just remember to make a copy of these files before deleting them.
Oh, and has anyone tried connecting to Guild Wars from another PC?

Did you switch from the American Server to Euro Server, or always been on Euro? If so, why not try switching to the American Server and see what happens?
Was also just thinking, while you guys are on whatever server you appear to be having problems with, have you tried the International District to see what happens?

Actually it's not a game error but rather a Network Routing error, that is why they want as much info as possible, they need to trace the routing to see were along the network the disconnects are happening(I notice it's more prevalent on dial-up then it is on DSL[in my case, I wasn't getting them till we decided to change DSL providers and have to live on dialup for almost 10 days(only 2 more left)]).

Solution to Err=7 (Zone Alarm Users)
I have finally got rid of that annoying err=7. Today I was trying to work out why my Internet Gaming was so laggy so I decided to disable Zone Alarm to see if that was the problem and bam! my internet speed is up to full once again and I no longer am experiencing any problems. But there still is a problem which is that most people "need" to run Zone Alarm for of course security reasons so if you are running Zone Alarm security on high I suggest moving it down to medium and your games should run smoothly once more. I hope this has made alot of people's game work once more.

I got the game just last week, and I get a er=7 almost daily, sometimes hourly. it makes the game very difficult to play when all of a sudden, my character constantly teleports backwards, if he moves at all, will not attack, or cast skills, and all of the creatures and characters stop fighting, only to then be kicked off, right before finally finishing an important mission/quest with a good group. I am behind a router, but I have a cable modem, and this doesn't happen on any of my other online games...I wonder why...I don't even have ZoneAlarm or any such thing.

Hmm, I too had a couple of Err=7 for about 15 mins around the start of the weekend. Then it stopped. Guess they must've fixed it.

Blah. I got 2 Err=7's today, both times in UW and I'm a monk. That's not good for business. I'll send ANet the report. Thanks for the link above.
