Lately it's been lagging alot on GW-Europe, not only for me... for almost everyone.

I never had this error before until the laggy-days started so it's not my internet.

A few minutes ago ... me and my WHOLE party got booted out of UW we all got Neterr=7.

I'm kinda thinking that the creators of GW made this error as a 'cover' for some "bandwidth managing" process.

In other words players are automatically kicked out by that process before it overloads the bandwidth of the servers.

This is just my look on it, it becomes laggier and suddenly more Neterr=7, I had no other problems, I was able to log back in instantly.

What do you guys think? =/

There have been similar cover-ups with other things before, fake errors to cover up something like that.

I've just got that EXACT error I'm so annoyed, I was at the Facet of Strength (last facet) on my 2nd character (W/Mo - lvl 20) and then my whole team got error'd out ffs.

Then got Error 40 then...
Now I'm back in, the whole of everyone in Dragon Lair's are like "WTF DID GW JUST CRASH OMFG"

P.S. Yeah, I am in Europe.

I doubt it's a conspiracy to cover up anything. Chances are, EU servers are just having technical problems.

Well im on Mexico and i'm having the same problem, Err=7 every minute or so, I havnet played for 10 days or so.

Well it makes me wonder since the fixes for the problem are all CLIENT-related, and since I don't have problems with my internet and everything has worked well before it seems kinda weird to me.

Well...
I get error7 several times too...
But this is a pattern I've found.
When the new update is released, I usually get error7s. After awhile, it settles and I don't get this error.

So now, when the new update is out...I usually travel around towns by myself till I get about 3 to 5 error7 disconnection. When it seems to settle, I start travel with group of people

Works all the time so far ^^

I know this is "not" a solution to problem...but really...it's better then get error7 during the mission and cause trouble to teammates right?

I don't get those errors in cities... most of the time while farming or something.

im lagging a lot on american servers atm. no err=7 yet though. just horrendous lag. on a 1mb connection, it shouldn't be happening.

im in australia and hav only eperienced err=7 once when everyone flocked to camp rankor to get to sorrows furnace.

I get them a lot and I'm with the Europe servers. The other day I got err 7 but stayed connected to TS so it couldn't have been my connection. This makes me really hesitant about joining UW/FOW teams in case I lag out coz it'd mess up the party I'm in.

I'm in Brazil and I'm getting this stupid error all the time too, just was at the end of high priest (sorrow quest) and this stupid error made me lose the quest.

I doubt that it's some sort of conspiracy, too. Nevertheless, it would help if the error messages would include an actually MEANINGFUL text and not basically just a number which only the devs really know what it's standing for.

Maybe it was to stop us form Dis switching in lions arch today... I couldn't dis switch for ages, probably untl after king was entirely gone everywhere

I'm unhappy, I've been getting random Neterr=7's ever since the update, and not before then. I'm playing fine, everything's running smoothly, not a bit of lag, and then it just boots me suddenly.

Periodically, my ISP has horrible connection issues, but it's rarely linked to spontaneous connectivity loss, if ever. When I d/c due to that, it's major packet loss causing severe desync, rubber banding, lag, and THEN an err=7.

I've been told by 4 other people thus far that they're experiencing the same problem since the update as well.

i just got 3 error 7 in less than 5 minutes.

calling it quits for the night.

los angeles and only had 2 error 7 since starting in april

yeah...thats very old....i havent gotten one since beta, when i unplugged the cord from the ethernet card (just to prove it does exist)

those are mainly client side errors...otherwise me and my friends would get them
