error box while starting up
once i log on and pick my character and the loading scrrne is on. once it reaches 100% there is a box saying a device has failed and recovered and i need to reboot my computer. anyone know what the problem is?

how do u figure out what video card you have..and then how do u update it..it think i have an intel video card
