With a 90% probability, it's overheating. If available, check in the Windows error log. If there are either (a) no entries or (b) a wide variety of entries relating to different memory errors, you can bump that probability up to 95%. If there are any other entries, that would be a good starting point for your investigation.
The fix involves cleaning the inside of the PC. You may find a can of compressed air helpful. Basically you are looking to blow out dust buildup from the air ducts/heatsink etc.
