NetErr=40?
While I was playing just, I was loading the ascalon arena and out of nowhere theres an Err=40 and it disconnects me, This I didnt have any problems with, But now with the character that got the error, I cant log into it loads ascalon aren and gets Err=40 all the time, I've tried other characters and it works, but not the one that got the error, Any help/suggestions?

Hi, just got the same problem
logged on to my Ranger sorted out storage, relogged onto my warr and got same error now i can't get on.

Similar problem, I can't leave the Guild Hall without getting a err=40.
Tried with different characters and they all get err=40 trying to leave a town. Occasionally I can escape but only for a short while.
All was fine after the first update last night with the axe bug fix but the one this mornig has really screwed it.

Same problem. Only with the one character, cant even log on to her as i get NetErr=40 then it logs me out. Other characters seem to be able to map travel ok.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Yep same here, although i cant load any character from the character select screen without getting the err=40. Everything was fine till they nerfed the axe....

I suspect it's more to do with the Christmas update. If I remember the same thing happened a lot before the Halloween update.

i can get on my monk and el but they cnat go ascalon my mm is stuck in war camp and when i try to log on it boots me with net err 40 whats going on have they fd up again

they actually nerfed the axe 2x becuase i had 2 new versions of gws to reload so i dont know what went on there i think you may have to reinstall guildwars its anoying

Can only use 1 out of my 4 chars, and the 1 i can use i can't warp from the town he is in. so looks like no play until this is sorted.
Have gone on to support & asked for this to be looked at but dunno how long it will take them. Hopefully not too long, as i guess other ppl will be also complaining.

Same here, and I got my lv20-kickass-15karmoured-warrior and my lv20-kickass-15karmour-elementalist both stuck in Piken.....

Reinstalled, nothing changed
Try connect now, i think its fixed, ascalon started downloading
