Your video card stinks, barley any ram... About the onlything good about your PC from what you show is the P4 2.52.
Having like 19 programs running with low ram will kill your game, plus I take it your mother board stinks too.
Well, close off all OWNER tasks expect EXPLORER and TASKMGR then run GW.
Should work fine after that... Not great but playable.

.... I just gave you some, kill all OWNER Tasks but EXPLORER and TASKMGR and run GW. Along with Firewalls and Anti-Spyware/Virus.
Have you tried these yet?

Alright, just rember not to set your game settings so high when your card and PC isn't what one would call "great". However it should run playable. Load times might be still long due to Video and Computer Ram.

The reason why your maps load slowly is because there is not enough ram.
Invest in more ram if possible; you need it.
I recommend 512mb of ram
Your card is fine

Yes....your ram is way too low. I would suggest 1Gb of ram. 512Mb is a bare bone min. Also a newer video card...even a $80.00 card will speed things up allot.

I'll chime in as the 3rd. That is definitely your problem. In most games slow load times = too little RAM.

Well load time as a lot to do with Ram, however game play slowness can be your Graphic's card. None the less buy more ram!
