ok here is the deal i bought a second account from ebay i kept it since it had some lvl 20s with good stuff.i forgot/neverbothered to change the email and password on the account and now when i i try to login its not letting me in i emailed the guy i bought it form and he will not reply of course..i feel cheated i paid this guy money and now he he has ran away with my monk and ele. if i email anet will they just tell me to bad so sad ....or can the do something i still have the email that has the item number the sale and the paypal bill of sale..the key everything...any input ideas will help

Unless you have the cd-key paper insert, all you can do is report it to anet.

Worst they will kill his account, best they will kill his account and give you one (they may not). I would report this to anet at least to stick it to him

Well seeing that EULA states that accounts, items, gold whatever may NOT be sold and accounts may NOT be transferred, I think ANet isn't really forced to do anything at all. At best ban your existing account for breaking EULA, or just ban the eBayed account for same reason.
