System Crash (Bad Ram?)
I think this is a memory error, but I'm not sure how to tell which memeory module it is.
I have also tried different video cards and the same problem occurs.
EDIT: I have also uninstalled the reinstalled the drivers for the video card, as well I have run Memtest86+ for a few hours, a few passes with NO errors..

Memory problem pretty certainly.
Get Memtest86+ and run that. If it starts throwing out errors, take out all but one module, and test again. Then cycle through the modules one by one to find the broken one.
Also check what your computer's temperatures are, as high temperatures cause things to go wrong, and resulting in memory errors and crashes.

Yea, sorry I edited my post righ after you posted this, I have run Memtest86+ afew times with no errors, as well I have extra fans and a:
Thermaltake Big Typhoon air cooler heatsink
On my CPU.. I have a heat monitor on my box as well... seems to never go aboive 53c maybe that is still to high?
Maybe I need to get Ram with the heatsinks build into them? or just add some to my Ram?

Just try testing with only 1 RAM Module in at a time to see which is the broken/faulty one..?
Or maybe you just need to re-seat your RAM? Take it out, then put it back in, make sure both sides click into the slot, don't be afraid if you think your gonna break it, just make sure both sides click in.

Josh is correct. One stick at a time. I also put my hand on the reverse side of the motherboard to keep it from bending to much when you put in a stick of ram that is being difficult.
