1 Monitor| 1 Tv| 2 GW at same time on diff monitor?
hey, im wondering if theres an easier way to run GW at the same time for me because i have 2 monitors literally, a TV and a monitor, my question is is there a way i can get GW both seperate on the TV and the monitor?
Specs Asus nForce2 AGP4/8x Geforce 6800GS 512mb IDK ram & 1GB patriot 80gb HD 2.1 ghz amd athalon XP 2800+ And also another question, on my TV i can barely read the writing cause its kind of blurry and the highest size for my monitor since ive put the TV also is 1024, normally i play on 1280. And the color on my TV looks funky, even though i put all the color and tint from my tv to normal and stuff. Any ideas? |

The difference between TV's and Monitors is that they use different signals to create the picture... when viewing on a TV your GFX card has to alter the signal to be TV compatible, (Called Scan Doubling or interlacing (they are slightly different, but im not going to be complicated here))
so basically, the Quality you will get from a TV-Out, viewing a picture thats designed to be viewed on a monitor, ISNT Great... You can buy external devices (that cost about $350USD) which do allow you to view the image properly... but with a standard TV-out you wont get full quality... They arent designed to be used as monitors.. they are designed so that you can play Videos/DVD's/internet TV, and games... through your TV.. But any ways.... see this post (by Me) http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=70999 Follow through that, and then you can place one GW window on your monitor, and another on your TV. this method requires you to have 2 seperate GW account's (one for each copy of GW) If your wanting to view the SAME GW on both TV and Monitor... then its as-simple as Setting it to 'Clone Mode' in the TV options for your GFX card. |

Alright thanks, ive seen that but i was wondering how would i get it to each be on a separate account(the monitor on 1 the tv on another), like do i have to do DUALVIEW? and if i have to do dualview i would need another mouse and keyboard correct?
