I have been killed many times, almost as many as Thy Guardian. But now the DP doesn't comeoff when I kill things. I died while doing the Guimang's Last Stand quest and couldn't get my DP off my working on Kappas and other Crimson Skull guys. Is this a glitch? Has this happened to anyone else?

Last I heard it was every 75 exp you lose 1% DP.

I've never had it though, but maybe its just like when you trigger Endure pain, and your health goes down to about 50 or so, you use healing sig when Endure pain ends and you only gain about 50 health, because you actually have minus health.

The DP can't stack over 60%, if you die then, maybe it stacks on without dealing the penalty (75% but only gives 60%) so you have to work the 15% down untill you see 59 58 57....

Nope...As you said yourself, DP cant stack over 60%.

Perhaps you are too high of level and arent gaining xp from the enemies, thus never working off dp.
