Password Invalid problem.
Hey. First post here.
Trying to set up my girlfriends account again after a while of inactivity, couldnt remember the password so we had it reset, it was sent to her email. We put it in via copy and pasting, said it was invalid. Tried it again by typing it in exactly as it was shown, still says invalid. She says she had this problem when she first got the game at launch. Sent an email to tech support, but probably nothing until tomorrow. Anyone know what this might be? Even tried resetting it a second time, that password didn't work either. Figure it isnt the wrong email address because its being sent there. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. |
