You could try restarting your compy. This would erase anything in RAM that might be causing problems.
If it doesn't work, and you're the network admin where you are, try rebooting the network equipment, such as routers(just unplug them from the wall, you want to make sure any stray electrical juice is gone, so give it a minute unplugged).
If that doesn't work, and you're capable of connecting to the internet, contact NC Soft's tech support, because they could have you do something like traceroute that would find if there's a link down between you and their servers.
Other than that, I got nothing else :/
