im getting the same thing only thing is i cna connect to any of my chars but when i get into the game i can't do a mission or switch districts of evne get into an explorable area is just hangs at connect then it d/ces me dunno whats going on

same here i cannot connect into any missions or change any districts...but i can get past char screen. Also to the point of use international servers..i cannot connect to those either.

Yeah, I'm in Mass too but still can't get on after an hour and a half. This is rediculous. I was able to get on with one until I zoned, the it was all over.

It's not just Cantha. I wasn't able to enter the Ring of Fire mission with a Tyrian character. I can also connect... I just can't seem to enter any explorable areas or missions.

Doesn't seem to be worth the aggravation of trying to play tonight; I've been everywhere; I take 5 steps and freeze. I cant enter any mission or quest without getting that "error=5" message...

I had the same problem. When I logged in, though, I went to 'edit account' and changed my territory from United States to Europe. Seems to be working okay for me for the moment.

Philadelphia here, btw. Also east coast.

A lot of european players in IRC were also getting the error, so I don't know if that would work.

Yeah, servers are down for me, too, and I'm on the East Coast.

And a mod deleted my rather humorous (jestful) post... if the mod could PM me with the reason, it'd be greatly appreciated.

err 005 is just awful...

and my tyrian chars are stuck in cantha as well, i cant switch to int - i'm getting err 005 when i'm trying
