Hmm.
Well, first I'd try resetting your monitor's adjustments. (A lot of monitors have auto-adjust features which should get you back to normal quickly.) If not, you are looking to attempt tweaking the pincushion & rotation/tilt options from the monitor's adjustments. Try degaussing it if it has a button for that, as well.
Check the cabling.
Power the monitor and computer off, wait a few moments and power them back on.
Check your OS & game video settings.
Replace your monitor or get it repaired by a qualified shop, if none of the above helps, and your monitor is a CRT the gun is probably going. LCD, not sure they fail in this manner but...
YMMV/HTH

My God my neck is hurting from trying to see things on the comp.
You mean those little buttons that are actually on the monitor itself? I tried those, all they do is move the screen up down left or right.
Cabelings fine.
I'm going to power it off in a minute.
I did, they're fine (says the computer)
I don't think my Mom wants to buy another moniter because she just got this one about 3 months ago.
Thanks for you're help.

I do mean those buttons on the front. Is it a CRT monitor or LCD?
It sounds like a CRt from the problem you are describing...

Anything like that on your display settings? ATi cards should have the rotate function as well, not sure where they keep it hidden.
I suppose you have accidentally pressed a hotkey for rotating the display.
