When I start the game it trays to download a patch but then it says:
Unable To Install
The installer could not write Guild Wars to the specified directory. Plase check that yu have administrative access, that you have permission to install programs in the specified directory, and that there is sufficent space available on the drive.

I have 75gb free on my disk and have full administrative access.

Well...

First give us a bit more info, which may help to understand the situation. Is this an install from the GW disk? Or is it a download of the GW client from their website, and a CD key attained some other way...

Sometimes if you Install the game, and at one point decide to move the game to another location in your harddrive, Anet seems to have trouble recognizing the game on your computer after this manual move. Does the window also ask where you want to run the game FROM? As in what directory?

In the end, it almost sounds like a corrupt file issue. If it the game no longer recognizes that it is ALREADY installed, that is kind of a alert towards file corruption, and in the end might have to do a complete re-install.

thanx it whas a corrupt exe had to unistall and install again.
