I have read at least one other of your posts, and to put it bluntly it sounds like you (or your friend) came to an account that you shouldn't have. I'm not saying you (he) stole it, maybe you (he) bought it from one of those WTS characters, but how you (he) got it is not important. If the account is yours (or his), then there's only one option available. That is convince ANet that it is yours (or have your friend do it since it's his) through their support website and get them to accept a new email address.
On a separate note of curiousity, why isn't he the one worried about the account. Did you change that email address by accident while on loan?
