Euro Server im getting error too, logs in fine, is elect char, and then i cant join in, givesm e error 13 and it it says "Anet Says Error =13 FTL"

A bit off topic but something I noticed when I logged in for the whole 5 mins. I tried taking my factions character to the Temple of Balthazar through the guild hall, but it didn't show up on my map, nor does the isle of the nameless. Is there something you have to do first to access these with Canthan characters?

got in half an hour ago from work(pizza hut btw :P) to log on with my ranger to lvl him up before the elite weekend.

Im in for 10min, getting a pug for mayhem in the market, and I say bugger this, im off to buy stuff in kainig, and jus as i try to map, the 007 bat slams me in the face.

Dazed, but vaugly ok, i stagger to my feet, and attempt the dreaded re log in.
suddenly from knowehere, the mini 013 ninja shurikens me to death.
