Memory would be your best bet. Upgrade to a gig, 120 mb isn't going to make much of a difference. Then it should run alright on low.

768 is what I run, and it's pretty nice. I lag a bit, but that's probably because my video card is a GeForce 2.
Your best bet is to have at least a Gig of ram, but 768 should be fine for now. In the future, however, you may need more to support a new game that you will be interested in.

Trust me, 512MB RAM will give you major screen lag at the first parts of any Factions explorable area, especially battles. It's what I have, but luckily I'm just waiting on the final part of a 2 gig RAM system I'm building. Anyway, I would go at least with 768 meg, but preferably 1 gig or above.

i'd suggest 768 if you do have a budget. spend the rest on a gfx card.

I had similar setup on one of the two computers I use for GW. I upgraded to 1gig of memory and bought a "cheap" 256 MB graphics card. The game runs extremely smooth now.
Go for memory 1st and then if you can, up your graphics as well.
