screen tearing
my mouse causes screen tearing and dissapears when not moved,blinks repeatedly when moved, is there a way to fix this?

What GFX Card?? The Mouse blinking, sounds like your card has had Hardware Cursor Acceleration disabled, (Disabling Direct Draw could cause this too)
I'd recommend re-installing (and updating) your GFX Drivers, and install the latest DirectX |
