I agree with your statement. It boils down to your Processor, Ram, HD/Space & Speed, Vid Card, Display, and your connection speed.
Yes you can build or even buy a Tricked out system but it will not matter all that much in the long run. These super systems are nice, however a good solid system will do the same job. Mine is a run-of-the-mill Dell with added in Ram and Video card. It has been a real durable system. Never has it failed me. Not like the old days when we use to overclock everything and ALWAYS had some darn problem. I do not see the need to overclock in this day and age.

If you play it without hops, probally 38 FPS, unless looking at the floor.
GW has something with 38, always stick to that.
