Expansion Question
I am new to guild wars and was wondering something. A long long time ago I downloaded Guild Wars, I can't remember my account name or password and I don't want to buy the original guild wars again (I buy them online off of plaync.com). If I bought the expansion could I make a new account using the expansions access key?

Yes you could, but your original account would not be added to it.
Each "expansion" is really a stand alone game, where the key included can be added to an existing account or used to create a new account. First I would try to see if you can get just the email address you used and choose the "Forgot Password?" option to reset your password. Doing this will recover your account so you can add the expansion and have more options in play. |
