Got a weird problem. Can't play.
After I installed the game from the client or one of the expansions fisks and downloaded the entire game with the "-image" command and tried to log in. The game just keeps me in the log in screen, with the "Connecting" message. If I try to connect couple times, I sometimes get an 058 error message, but after retrying more. I still stuck on the "connecting" screen.
Now if I install the game from the client or one of the expansions disks (Got Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall), without "rushing" things up with the "-image" command and just let it finish downloading what aver it does, when you lunch the exe with no commands (-image in my case). It will log in normally to the character selection screen and when you select a character, it ill download the zone and will do the same with every rezone. But, after you log out and exit the game. Same story. I'm stuck once again at the "Connecting" message.
What I can do, to fix this damn problem ?

Got Zonealarm and yes, it's allowed. I also tried now with the firewall turned off.
Still can't log in.
edit: Edit. By allowed, I mean "GW.exe" got full access. Is there anything else I need to permit?
edit2: I'm only now noticed I wrote the message in the wrong forum (Weird forum names).
Can any mod move the message?

Uh Technician's Corner, is the right place. But you might want to try to forward your ports, I believe GW uses 6112 for a remote port. (not sure if that will even do anything) Local ports it seems to use a number of them. But worth a shot I suppose.
Also, it could be your anti virus, if it has like internet file scanning or something, that can prevent you from connecting sometimes. (I had that problem a while back when I got NOD32)

Ah, thank you Rakeris for that tip. I just disabled IMON protection in NOD32 (Probably the latest updated RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOed something up. Because before, everything worked fine with it), and everything works now
