No, Guild Wars cannot run for Mac OSX since ANet hasn't developed for it. However, you can always use Bootcamp to install your own copy of Windows XP Home/Pro SP2 and run Guild Wars via that method.

Only if you have one of the newer mac's with the intel chips, then you can use bootcamp to install XP
