Every time i try to run guild wars it will close after like 20 seconds. It even did it during installation. I finally ended up getting it on my computer, and now it shuts off after a few secs when i run it. I cant even run diagnostics without it shutting off.

Need more info than that, for example. What are your PC specs? Have you checked for overheating? Do you have anything running that shouldn't be running?

I am running a 2.6ghz p4, 1 gig ram, nvidia 6800 gt, etc etc.
Its not overheating or anything like that. And i have tried it running 20 programs at once and with everything closed. Its not like a normal drop or freeze. It will just randomly close the window. Even when im trying to update the game it just closes. I have never seen anything like it before.

If you have a firewall, it's likely it will consider Guild Wars as an hostile program, so make sure it recognizes GW as a trusted program. Also note that updating GW might cause your firewall to consider it hostile again. I had big problems with Nortron and GW, it would either prevent the game from lunching or prevent it from running properly. Also check for spyware, viruses and update your video drivers if you haven't already done that.

Ya, already checked for all of that. But it even drops during normal installation window from cd. I have never had this happen with any other game. And what makes even less sense is that i had GW on this computer about a year ago.
