Soundblaster Audigy SE help
Hi, i recently purchased a soundblaster audigy se, because my onboard sound broke, and the microphone peice will not work. However, my computer failed to find the card after i put it into the computer. I uninstalled the old drivers and disabled the old card in the bios, but it still would not find my new card. Ive searched the internet for a solution but i could not find one. I used to be using a SoundMAX onboard sound. My current system is this: Intel core 2 duo e6600 2.4GhZ, 2gb RAM, nvidia 7950 GT 512mb. Please help with this problem
UPDATE: found out that the pci slot i was plugging in to was 'dead'
