Go to http://ati.amd.com and go to their Driver Download section. Match your model card and get the drivers ONLY download.
If you recently upgraded the graphics card, you still need to uninstall your old drivers. Go ahead and uninstall any/all graphics drivers you have installed.
When you reboot, it will be on Windows default drivers and your screen resolution will most likely be 640x480. Cancel out of any "New Hardware Detected" screens, install your new drivers and reboot for them to apply.

Hmmmmm......I seem to recall somebody else suggesting that....who was that again......they even linked to the page and gave instructions......I can't remember....

Here's the first thing I would try in that situation: pull out all of your expansion cards except for the video card and unplug all of your drives (hard disk, optical drives, etc.). Make sure the video card, memory, and all remaining cables are seated properly. See if it will POST with the bare-minimum hardware (PSU, motherboard, memory, CPU, and video card). If not, one of those 5 things has died. The video card is a likely suspect, but if you've gone through 2 of them it could also be something else. It's also possible that your PSU has a problem and is now proceeding to fry your other components. Let's hope it's something simple.
If you're not seeing the POST screens on your monitor there isn't much hope of seeing anything that comes after that (like Windows...safe mode or no).

Clear CMOS. Could be something as simple as incorrect BIOS settings causing the machine to fail to POST.

If your machine wont post then something has gone horribly wrong and it may be time to take iot to a qualified repair teck (DO NOT TAKE IT TO BEST BUYS GO TO A SHOP THAT DEALS WITH COMPUTERS AS THEIR MAIN INCOME). To me it sounds as if your motherboard may have taken a hit or even teh power supply is now failing. These 2 things can cause the failed post.

It's worth a try. Unfortunately in my experience it's more likely that something more physical is amiss...especially given the BSOD's he was experiencing leading up to the failure.

Usually, if your computer doesn't work this is what you should do:
1. make sure you have the speaker connected to the motherboard, and check if it makes any kind of sounds(something like a double beep, or a prolonged beep); if there is something wrong with the memory or the video card there should be a beep.
2. if there is no sound, try starting the computer without the memory installed and see if it makes any kind of sounds
3. if there is still no sound try reseting the BIOS(check the manual for that) and then start your computer(with the memory not installed)
4. if there is still no sound then you should consider that there is something wrong either with the processor or the motherboard, and if that is the case you should buy a new one or see a repair service.

I get no beeps. Occasionally I get an orange light, sometimes it's green. It's supposed to be green. I put a new PSU in it and assuming the new one isn't faulty.
I'll try The Fremen Emperor's suggestions. I'll also see if I can find the manual and reset the BIOS. If that doesn't do it then I'll just give the thing over to someone to repair it.
Thanks guys,
Fungus

Perhaps Fungus should start his own thread and the OP can get us back on track by letting us know how his driver update went...
...and then we're going to refuel, turn this thread around, and head for Beirut!!! Don't anyone try to be a hero or blingdudel gets it!

I had no intentions of hijacking this thread. I was experiencing the same issues as the OP. Mine escalated into worse perhaps from not addressing the issue when I first had the problem. Hopefully the OP will fix his issue before he ends up like me. If his problem does escalate another thread won't be necessary. I laso wasn't expecting to get as much feedback from my post(s) as I did. My problems are pretty narrowed down, thus I needn't ask anymore questions here. If I do need more help then I'll start a new thread.

Just updating your drivers is likely to solve your problem. Let us know if you need help.

LOL omg this happened to me and I figured out why:
2 reasons:
1. My drivers weren't updated (maybe, not sure)
2. My PC was full of dust bunnies . Really, thats all there was to it, but it took me quite a few weeks trying to fix it. Try that, if it doesn't work, contact NCSoft and send em what they tell you to.
Hope you appreciate my two cents :P

I lose my pc wont start i got my dad to unistall the catalyst centre and a quarter way through (it was very slow) it DIED (BSOD) usally there is app e.g. ATIduag03.dll but theres was only a number. Now my pc wont even load the dell bit (the bar before windows starts). So now i have all the numbers on my actull computer, and when my pc TRYS to start the troubleshoooter i printed off says its a "Total Computer Crash".
So now im thinking my RAM crash from before has fallen into the equation! If any1 can help me on what to do PLZ do.
note: i cant get into safe boot i dont even get that far!

Here's a wacky sugestion. I notice that on your original post your XP is not activated, have you tried activating it yet? Or is it a case of you've got a dodgy copy and therefore can't activate it?

look at the first page and my first post (the actuall thread begginning) it says windows activating needed 30 days remaining! The only thing is that it doesnt change its still 30 days remaining and how can i activate windows when im using it ! Sorry bout last post confusing ill make it clear! First i unistalled the graphics stuff blah blah blah.... but half way thorugh it crashed so now im running 512MB in my pc while i figure out which stick isnt working! Then installing the new one was trouble i had to install netframe version 2 to make catalyst centre install. But catalyst centre wont install PROPERLY the download size is 23MB but on computer 0.2MB it downloads 23MB thou.
The actually driver installs fine but my dad wants the catalyst ceter on there SO here i am doing windows updates its taking 1 hour for 2 updates im runnning 79 processes and its very SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW¬!!!!!!!!!!!!!
