Screenshots in wrong format
Whenever i take screen it's jpeg, instead of bitmap, what should i do, i need screens in bitmap format?

I have the opposite problem, I use no commnd line switches yet the game saves screenshots to bitmap.

Same here. Do you by any chance run Windows 2000? I am under the impression that GW doesn't support JPGs under Win2K.

sorry mate, but your impression is wrong. i am running windows 2000pro and my images are saved as JPGs.

Hmpf, now that would've been too easy, wouldn't it?
Here's what brought me to that assumption: I downloaded the setup file from guildwars.com and downloaded the complete client on a XP mashine, then copied it to a 2K mashine. The copy on XP saved JPGs, the one on 2K didn't. So exactly the same program behaved differently on two different systems.
I guess you have some driver/patch/update/whatever installed on your system, that allows JPGs and which I am missing (and gou, too). However, finding out what that is will probably be next to impossible.

Call it a simple solution, but have you tried adding -jpg to try to force it to save to jpg? I don't have the problem you guys have, but the idea just struck me.
