Video Capture and random screen flashing
First and foremost, a while ago i kept on getting buffer overruns form gw.exe and setpoint.exe ( to do with my mouse). Someone told me to update the drivers for my video card, so i did. ( My video is Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family, built in thing for my laptop). This cured the problem, and created another one.
Now, whenever i take the power cable out ( while the laptop is on) the screen starts randomly flickering, and whenever i load certain programs, it also happens. It's annoying, as i have to restart the computer for it to go. Dunno what to do =(
Also what's a good program for taking videos of GuildWars and other things like that? I tried some hypercam thing, and it was rubbish.
Thanks, in advance.

What does the free version of fraps get you? I'm not looking to pay, just something half decent...

GameCam might be a good choice. It can capture video for as long as you'd like. The only drawback is that there will be a GameCam icon in the lower right corner. It can be found here.

I know with my lappy, when I take the power cord out, it cuts the GHz down to save a bit of power. not sure if that is the prob (with the flickering), but it just may be.

I don't think mine does that, however, the brightness of the screen changes drastically, depending on wether you have the cable in or out. That might be something to do with it... i really don't know. And thanks for the GameCam thing, very flashy website =D. I'll try it out.
