He didnt ...if you try to install it will still be dx10 but all the missing dx9_blabla.dlls will be there for gw to use ;] that what i was saying, the same thing happend to me with F.E.A.R. and Vista.

Vista has a lot of problems. I advise not to use Vista yet. Vent does not go with Vista either.

Wrong, I use vista, even having many people on vent whilst running my show last week... Vent works fine
