I'm having this problem that's been bothering me for a while, and i've had enough of it when my Survivor Paragon died today. Sometimes while playing Guild wars Just freezes for 5-15 seconds, and sometimes resumes back to normal. I'me pretty sure this isn't an connection issue because when i get an connection problem, my skills flash and i can still look around, but i can't do either of those because i'me looking at a still screen.

-Updating drivers
-Updating Windows
-Updating Direct X9
-Checking FPS and minimum requirements
