Default unauthorized to play Gw profecies
I bought GW a long time ago and played it frequently. But after a while i got tired of it, uninstalled it and i never touched it again till now. Seeing all those new expensions my hype returned and i decided to play some gw profecies before i wanted to buy those expensions. Installation and login works fine but when i am in the menu were i can select my character a message shows up saying that i am unauthorized to play gw profecies. I tried changing password But that did not seem to help. The message also says that if i want to play gw i have to buy it in the store :/.

Does anyone know what to do with this?

Under the character selection screen, hit the "Edit Account" button, followed by Manage Access Keys to see what keys you have linked with that account. Just check to see whether it says you have a prophecies access or not.

Common error.

Contact support and make sure you have your CD-key. They will issue you with a new key.
