I must say, the green tubes kind of don't match with the other stuff. You should switch them to black ones, if you're into your pc's look.
Also, I checked the xigmatek out, apparently, there's this special red scorpion edition, which is just a tiny bit better for the same price.

Thats a good find Why_Me.
And about the processor. Not everyone can get a new CPU as soon as a new one comes out, and i guess thats what Malevolance is doing (making it last as long as possible).
Malevolance, what case are you going for?
hehe..Harry Hill.

The tubes are clear, the coolant is green and I could care less about how my PC looks.
I paid ~40 USD for 8ft. of this tubing, they had silver ones for the same price (darken tubing prevents photosynthesizing algae growth) but the clear ones don't kink as much as the silver ones (the silver ones are actually made of silver & vinyl)
I'm more concerned about the mobo you're getting. I'd only get the 790i if you were going SLi, if not, forget about it.
Again, I'd reconsider the Q6600, it's about washed up.
You only need a dual core (E8400) and if you are intent are getting a quad, I suggest you check out the Q9300.
Much faster and worth the price difference (about <50 USD). Plus its 45nm, runs cooler and you don't have to up the vcore as much when you're OC resulting in better temps.

are you kidding me? 40 dollars for just over 2m of tube? wow, watercooling is a total ripoff. btw you lost me at the algae growth. Are you saying there's gonna be plants growing in it?
And dude seriously, the e8400 is a gamers dream. He said he wanted quad sli, so I think the mobo is ok.

I think by Algae, he just means that it will build up and look like crap on the sides of the tubing, if you've ever had a fishtank you know what I mean.
And yeah, that is expensive for a tube, but that's water cooling for you, the expense surely turns me away from it, and the fact that I don't need it.

Water cooling is only really for hardcore Overclocking AFAIK.

Quad SLi is major CPU bottleneck on that poor quad. Consider the E8400 for dual core gaming or Q9300 if you must have a quad. (both are under 300 USD).
The Q6600 G0 overclocks to 3Ghz? That's old news, for pennies on the dollar, you can get the E8400 that goes to 4Ghz easily, and beyond that if you go watercooling. The Q9300 can do just about the same, and it requires less therms.
The tubing I have is high end laboratory grade, it's very very soft and very smooth. You can get economic grade tubing of the same size (tubing comes in different diameters) for about ~6 USD.
The reason you don't want to cheap out, especially if you're going water cooling is, micro organisms DO grow in your loop. The reason my loop is green is because there's anti-freeze (to prevent corrosion of materials) and biocide (to kill algae). I could dye the loop, but I don't care what color it is, I don't look at my machine
Soft tubing lets you make sharper turns, thus making it easier to work with if you have a smaller case. Smooth tubing prevents growth build up as well.

Which is why I only water cool the system that work paid for!
My own personal system could easily do 4GHz on air, and quite frankly nobody needs anything faster than that for gaming these days.

The Q6600 G0 can go up to 4ghz.
I was looking the Q9300 but is has L2 cache 6m and almost 100 euros difference in price.
Regarding the case , the cheapest one I can find is a full tower ATX ThermalTake SwingRS 100 black with window.
Are OCZ Technology memory good ?
You can check on the first page the actual setup of the system
