Anyone had this problem, and had it resolved?
I reformatted a while ago, and I have just recently taken interest in Guild Wars once again. So yesterday I installed the game and patched, and everything was fine and dandy.
Then I log in and for some reason, it takes me to the character select, and shows me one of my characters, but for some reason, in a big red box in the center of the screen, it says my account is not authorized to play, and I need to click "Enter Store" and purchase the campaigns.
Which is ridiculous, as I've already spent over one hundred bucks on a couple of the boxes, have them with me, and used the discs to install the game.
So I sent off a question to the PlayNC support, and they get back to me an hour later or so asking me for my access keys and email address so they can start to research the issue. 15 hours later or so, nothing new has been sent to me.
While waiting, I searched here, but every thread about it doesn't actually have anyone say that they had the issue resolved, so I figured I'd post and see if anyone has.
I really hope they don't just tell me to buy the games again. But, since the game is free to play, I have a strong feeling that I'm gonna end up screwed over somehow.

umm just to double check, when they sent you the email asking for your access keys and email address, did you give it to them?

you can probably expect a reply back within 1 or 2 days then. usually takes them around that long to figure it out unless you talk directly with Gaile Gray to hurry things along
