perhaps I found a little issue in my system.
I noticed at booting that my 2. HDD runs on CHS-Mode.
I found lot of troubles in the internet that peoples with HDD over 80~130GB and CHS-Mode have CRC-Errors.
The problem is that the Nforce4 BIOS can't switch manuelly to LBA.
I will try to run GW on my first HDD (LBA-Mode) and check how it runs on that disk.

After I installed Guildwars on the LBA HDD I still got a crash.
*--> LogQueue <--*
(2) item (fileId=0x25042) missing ui texture
Why does I get these missing Errors? :-(

I am out of ideas. If all else fails, ask someone for a replacement file and see if that fixes your problem.

at first: I still have crashes!
I looked around some postst and mentioned that the people with texture and Animation missing have a AMD64 and >= 1GB RAM.
Is there someone with a AMD64 and over 1GB where GW is running without crashes?
I also copied GW files from an other PC, reinstalled windows. tried on xp64, got RAM running on 2,8 V instead of 2,5V, tried different networkcards, different graphic-drivers.
Next steps will be other graphic card, CPU and at last other mainboard.
the logqueue seems to me like a log for many different errors, but these aren't the main problem. I had an error from a character 10 minutes before my system crashed.
So anyone nows where to finde the REAL error in that log?
thx
richy

The guys here who are having problems, what are your system specs?
It's all good posting these logs over and over pointing it to one file, but for two people with two different machines both having the same issues, we need to see the system specs as well, as you may have other similarities with regards to hardware.
Post your specs so others that may have an idea may be able to help you guys out.

What OS are you running?
Are you running GW on your Raid setup? If so, have you tried installing the game on a non raid setup?

I tried Windows XP 64 and Windows XP prof. (32bit) At this time it runs now on 32bit.
I had first it running on my raid. Since 1 week it runs on my normal disk.
