Just found this interesting review on your mobo.
Take a look and see if anything there can help you resolve any possible oddities that you may have done when installing the board. Maybe it will help you out a little.
Obviously will think on a few other solutions in the mean time, but it can't hurt to try some of the things they mention. It's an interesting bit on the Dimm Slots in the way they do and don't funtion very well. Could be an issue here?
Take a look here.

I was just looking at the DFI website for some details on this board and was checking out the BIOS details.
It says on the web that the BIOS is the 10/03/05. Is this the same on your board or as you say above, 2005/05/10??
If the BIOS is 2005/05/10, where did you get it, as I can't see it on there website, and if that is the date, maybe you should try rolling back to the BIOS as specified on there website. Maybe you have any iffy BIOS?

@Dirkiess
nice of you to take that time.
I found on a special DFI Forum page a newer BIOS from 10 may 2005 wich I flashed, but it didn't done anything better.

I can't find the part of the DIMM-thing wich you meant in the link of the review.
Perhaps you can copy it for me here?
thx

My Board can do only min. 2.5V
Does anyone knows if that is ok?

I swapped my RAMs with some from my company. I got now 2x 512Mb with CL2.5.
I had no crashes anymore. Seems to be stable.
Finaly gameplay for ~7hours ;-)
Good night
