I have two different Guild Wars accounts. One contains Prophecies and Nightfall while the other only contains Prophecies. When I play my W/N on the account with only Prophecies, I get a strange delay when trying to talk to NPCs. I have to click on them multiple times before they respond to me. I don't believe it's lag because my movement is fine and everyone around me is moving smoothly.

Now when I play my D/W on the account with Nightfall, there is no delay at all when talking to NPCs. However, I made another Warrior on this account and put him in the Prophecies campaign and the NPC delay returned.

The W/N is in post-Searing Ascalon while my new one is in pre-Searing Ascalon.

Is it the servers themselves having delay issues or does it sound like my computer? Thanks.

See if your characters are on different servers. There is generally a delay time talking to NPCs if I switch to korean districts

My characters are in the correct district. Any other ideas?

Maybe try defragging your computer? See the Bad Lag sticky.
