By installed you mean entered the access "CD" key right?

You must click on Create account or add access key in the login menu, then choose Add the access key to an existing GW account, and add the CD key.

No, I have actually been banging my head against the wall trying to find my CD key. I looked on the book and entered in any CD key like numbers and couldn't find it. Help please

You just have to look for it inside the white booklets you received.

There should be a small page within the box labeled "Access Key Card", tear along the edges to open it, your key code is inside.

Yeah I saw that too, on the same day, nonetheless. I was thinking if Anet was really packaging it so poorly to the extent that people couldn't find their access keys.
I remember the days of Proph where the key was printed on the casing. It was printed so illegibly it was causing the same sort of problems.
