Guild Wars Crashing
Hello,
Sometimes my Guild Wars crashes after being minimized for a little while... And even though that box pops up, where you can choose to send a report etc, I can't click send or write what I was doing, and I end up having to kill Gw.exe.
I read somewhere that Guild Wars has problems with dual core processors, and was wondering if that could have anything to do with this?

It hasn't been determined if dual-core processors "cause" the problems, but forcing GW to run in only one core does eliminate (or drastically reduce) the crashes.
Do a search on these forums or on the net for a little app called "ForceCore". It will allow you to make GW run in only 1 core.

I may be blind, asI could not see the "manual" way to force to 1 processor once the games were open either.

Hmm, I've never needed to check Task Manager while running gwx2 - surely there's two separate instances of GW running that you can easily identify?
Ctrl+Shift+Esc then set affinity - have one instance on core 0 and one on core 1 ?
