Xunlai Tournament House password reset
Cant remember the name i used to sign up but only the email and since it requires both therefore im unable to reset the password.
Is there way to go round it or it looks like a ticket to Anet |

I have the same problem, I can't rmb what name I signed it under -.-(From iceland and my name has non-english characters) so I can't send myself the password reset, I tried emailing Support and Tournament, no answer.
