I was wondering if this computer could run guild wars.

I've played it on a GeForce 3 series, you might be able to run the game on minimum settings, lowest. No eye candy, nothing pretty, just be able to play.
So the game will look like crap in other words, but if you really want to push it then you can probably play it yeah.

Play isn't the term I would use. Launch the game and crash, probably. That PC is pretty ancient.

My gf is able to pull out 5-10 fps on a 1.5 ghz 512 mb integrated graphics laptop, so you might pull out 11 fps! ( lowest of the lowest settings of course )

I doubt even that. The Geforce3 was such a poorly designed card. Let's see here...
