Using Texmod?
I used it and got screens very similar to what's going on there. As well as the weird colors and graphics. The only solution I found was to uninstall Texmod.
If Texmod isn't your problem, then I'm sorry I wasted your time.

textures got corrupted. If you restart the client it should be fine.
EDIT: If it keeps doing that, you might want to revert to older drivers.

Did you forget to uninstall your old drivers by any chance?

Damn, I've seen a recent thread where someone had the exact same thing - the texture/skin of an enemie got stretched out across the screen, just as if it was being texmodded.
Sadly I'm old and forgetful, so I can't remember where it was and if we resolved it ><

It is one of two things.
You either have corrupted GW.dat file, and that is simple to fix (uninstall Guild Wars and download a whole new .dat file using the -image tag)
OR
Your graphics drivers a queuing the wrong texture paths. This can be fixed in 3 ways.
First, try new graphics drivers.
Second, reflash the vBIOS on your graphics card.
Third, new graphics card.
Most likely, it is a corrupted .dat file. If other games are doing this, however, than it is most likely a driver issue. If it is more severely, you will known fairly quickly considering the limited options.

its usually caused by a lag for me. I get this quite a bit now....i wish it would stick i tihnk these things are freaken awsome. Having abbadon change the color the bridge etc. as soon as i load somewhere else it goes away. Its just your dirX getting glitched. nothing bad but lots of fun...i may find mine and send em along somewhere on this board they were freaken awsome
